During the month of June, our research team identified 3 new medical construction projects with an estimated investment value of $100 million or more. The largest planned project is owned by Marin General Hospital. The healthcare services provider is investing $534 million for an expansion at their hospital in GREENBRAE, CA by 260,000 sf. Completion is slated for early 2020.

ARIZONA: 

Specialty healthcare services provider has recently agreed to pre-lease a 67,000 sf medical and office facility in SURPRISE, AZ. Completion is slated for Fall 2018.

CONNECTICUT:

Healthcare services provider is planning for the renovation of a recently leased 110,000 sf office facility at 10 Columbus Blvd. in HARTFORD, CT. They plan to relocate their administrative operations upon completion in Fall 2017.

FLORIDA: 

Hospital is planning for the construction of a medical office facility in NORTH VENICE, FL. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

ILLINOIS:

Specialty healthcare provider is expanding and has recently agreed to lease office space at 5725 N. Broadway in CHICAGO, IL. They will relocate in late 2017.

KENTUCKY:

Biotechnology company is considering investing $6 million for the establishment of a regional laboratory facility in LOUISVILLE, KY. Watch SalesLeads for updates.

MASSACHUSETTS: 

Healthcare services provider is planning for the construction of a 7,400 sf medical and office facility in FITCHBURG, MA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

MINNESOTA: 

Urgent healthcare services provider is planning for the construction of a 5,000 sf medical and office facility on a recently acquired site in ROCHESTER, MN.

NORTH CAROLINA:

Healthcare services provider is planning to invest $28 million for the construction of a 69,000 sf medical facility at 2475 Hillcrest Center Circle in WINSTON-SALEM, NC. They will relocate operations from their Forsyth Medical Center in WINSTON-SALEM, NC upon completion in Fall 2018.

OHIO:

Healthcare service provider is planning to invest $26 million for the expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades at their medical facility in COLUMBUS, OH. Construction is expected to be completed in Fall 2019.

WISCONSIN:

Dental service provider is planning to invest $2 million for the construction of a 6,000 sf medical and office facility in SLINGER, WI. Construction is expected to start in Sept. 2017. They plan to relocate upon completion in Feb. 2018.
