Largest Planned Industrial Construction Project
During the month of March, our research team identified 17 new General Industrial facility construction projects with an estimated value of $100 million or more.
The largest project is owned by Nacero, who is planning to invest $3 billion for the construction of a processing facility on Maricopa-Casa Grande Hwy. in CASA GRANDE, AZ. Construction is expected to start in 2021, with completion slated for 2025. They are also planning for the construction of a solar farm at the same location.

Chemical company is planning for the construction of an ethane processing facility in BELMONT COUNTY, OH. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
QUEBEC:
Grocery retailer is planning to invest $420 million for the construction of a 600,000 sf distribution center in TERREBONNE, QC. Completion is slated for 2023.
SOUTH DAKOTA:
Seafood company is planning to invest $300 million for the construction of a processing facility in MADISON, SD.
CALIFORNIA:
Airport authority is planning to invest $139 million for the construction of a 411,000 sf warehouse and maintenance hangar at 6010 W. Avion Dr. in LOS ANGELES, CA. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for early 2021.
TENNESSEE:
Bakery company is planning to invest $225 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades of their processing facility on Apison Pike in COLLEGEDALE, TN. They have recently received approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in Summer 2020.
BRITISH COLUMBIA:
Hemp products provider is planning to invest $350 million for the construction of a growing, processing, and laboratory facility on Johnson Road in PRINCE GEORGE, BC. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
FLORIDA:
Global beverage company is planning to invest $300 million for the construction of a 1 million sf processing and distribution facility in BRANDON, FL. They have recently received approval for the project.
