    The largest project is owned by Nordic Aquafarms, Inc., who is investing $400 million for the construction of a 600,000 sf processing facility in EUREKA, CA.

    UTAH:

    Meat processing company is planning to invest $300 million for the construction of a 400,000 sf processing facility and currently seeking a site in SALT LAKE CITY, UT.

     

    INDIANA:

    Food and beverage company is planning to invest $200 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades of their processing facility in ANDERSON, IN. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    NEW YORK:

    Fresh produce company is planning to invest $200 million for the construction of a growing and processing facility in WEBSTER, NY. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    CALIFORNIA:

    Noodles mfr. is planning to invest $200 million for the construction of a processing and distribution facility on Interstate 15 in CORONA, CA. Construction is expected to start in early 2020, with completion slated for late 2021.

     

    FLORIDA:

    Distillery is planning to invest $120 million for the construction of a 300,000 sf manufacturing facility in WINTER HAVEN, FL. They have recently received approval for the project. They expect to be operational in early 2021.

     

    INDIANA:

    Foodservice distributor is investing $150 million for the construction of a 500,000 sf distribution center in WESTFIELD, IN. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2020, with completion slated for late 2021.

     

    MAINE:

    Seafood processor is planning to invest $110 million for the construction of a processing facility in JONESPORT, ME. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in early 2021.

     

    OHIO:

    Poultry processing company is investing $126 million for a 180,000 sf expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades on their warehouse and processing facility in WINESBURG, OH.

     

    QUEBEC:

    Bakery company is investing $170 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in BOUCHERVILLE, QC.
