    The largest project is owned by Amazon, who is planning to invest $400 million for the construction of a 1 million sf distribution center at 53 Sturbridge Rd. in CHARLTON, MA.     Meal delivery service provider is planning to invest $52 million for the construction of a 290,000 sf distribution center at 2823 Anvil Block Rd. in ELLENWOOD, GA. They have recently received approval for the project.

    Indiana:

    Restaurant chain is planning to invest $50 million for the construction of a 110,000 sf warehouse and processing facility in MERRILLVILLE, IN. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in late 2021, with completion slated for late 2022.

    Iowa:

    Food distribution company is planning to invest $38 million for the expansion of their warehouse and distribution center in ANKENY, IA by 176,000 sf. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for Spring 2022.

    Ohio:

    Steel pipe and tube mfr. is planning to invest $30 million for the expansion of their warehouse space on Dietz Rd. in WARREN, OH by 84,000 sf. They have recently received approval for the project.

    Nevada:

    Sportswear and footwear retailer is planning to invest $27 million for the construction of a distribution facility in WASHOE COUNTY, NV. They have recently received approval for the project.
