    The largest project is owned by Schwan's Company, who is planning to invest $750 million for the construction of a 700,000 sf processing and warehouse facility in SIOUX FALLS, SD. They have recently received approval for the project.

    TEXAS:

    Specialty food product mfr. is planning to invest $50 million for the construction of a 200,000 sf processing facility on Progress Dr. in SHERMAN, TX. They have recently received approval for the project.

    TENNESSEE:

    Food and beverage distributor is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 575,000 sf distribution center in NASHVILLE, TN. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    PENNSYLVANIA: 

    Specialty food processing company is planning to invest $17 million for the construction of a processing facility at 18108 Russell Rd. in ALLENWOOD, PA. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction will occur in multiple phases, with completion slated for early 2028.

    TEXAS:

    Global retail chain is planning to invest $14 million for the expansion of their distribution center at 3730 Mountain Creek Pkwy in DALLAS, TX by 48,000 sf. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in late 2024, with completion slated for Spring 2025.

    ARKANSAS:

    Meat delivery service provider planning to invest $13 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 138,000 sf distribution center at 245 Quality Dr. in CLINTON, AR. They have recently received approval for the project.

    WISCONSIN:

    Global food products mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently leased 50,000 sf warehouse facility in MILTON, WI. They have recently received approval for the project.

    WASHINGTON: 

    Produce company is planning for a 38,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades on their processing facility at 1506 N 6th Ave. in YAKIMA, WA. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for 2025.

    CALIFORNIA: 

    Dairy farm is planning to invest $6 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in CRESCENT CITY, CA. They have recently received approval for the project.
