    During the month of December, our research team identified 5 new Food and Beverage facility construction projects with an estimated value of $100 million or more. 

    The largest project is owned by Schreiber Foods, who is planning to invest $211 million for the construction of a 168,000 sf processing facility in CARTHAGE, MO. Construction is expected to start in early 2025, with completion slated for 2027.

    NORTH DAKOTA:

    Vegetable processing company is planning to invest $150 million for the expansion and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in JAMESTOWN, ND. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2025.

    OHIO:

    Chemical company is planning to invest $130 million for the construction of a 100,000 sf processing facility at 2000 W St. in READING, OH. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in 2025. They will relocate a portion of their operations upon completion in 2027.

    SOUTH CAROLINA:

    Beverage company is planning to invest $100 million for the construction of a processing and warehouse facility in WEST COLUMBIA, SC. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    TENNESSEE:

    Foodservice distributor is planning to invest $33 million for the expansion and equipment upgrades on their processing and warehouse facility in MORRISTOWN, TN. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    PENNSYLVANIA: 

    Greenhouse farming company is planning for the construction of a 1.5 million sf growing and processing facility on Arrowhead Rd. in EAST ALLEN TWP., PA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    DELAWARE:

    Beverage company is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 359,000 sf warehouse at 4145 Philadelphia Pike in CLAYMONT, DE. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    MISSOURI:

    Food and beverage retailer is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently leased 266,000 sf distribution center in HAZELWOOD, MO. Completion is slated for late 2025.

    OHIO:

    Convenience store chain is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently leased 266,000 sf distribution center in LOCKBOURNE, OH. Completion is slated for late 2025.

    CALIFORNIA:

    Startup winery is planning for the construction of a 62,000 sf production and storage facility at 4310 Freemont Dr. in SONOMA, CA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    NEW YORK: 

    Food and beverage company is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in LOWVILLE, NY. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
