The project includes the renovation of a recently acquired 66,000 sf office facility in ONALASKA, WI and the construction of a distribution center at a to-be-determined location.
MASSACHUSETTS:
Foodservice distributor is planning to invest $31 million for the expansion of their distribution center in SPRINGFIELD, MA by 117,000 sf. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
MINNESOTA:
Grocery and retail chain is expanding and has recently agreed to pre-lease a 365,000 sf distribution center at 7400 Hentges Way in SHAKOPEE, MN. Completion is slated for Spring 2024.
OHIO:
Brewery is planning for the construction of a 200,000 sf production and warehouse facility at 34925 Chester Rd. in AVON, OH. They are currently seeking approval for the project. They will relocate their operations upon completion.
TEXAS:
Beverage company is planning to invest for the expansion of their processing and warehouse facility at 5651 Alliance Gateway Fwy in FORT WORTH, TX by 199,000 sf. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2024, with completion slated for early 2025.
CALIFORNIA:
Farming company is planning for the construction of a 40,000 sf warehouse in MORGAN HILL, CA. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in late 2025, with completion slated for Fall 2026.
ILLINOIS:
Bakery is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 30,000 sf processing facility at 1250 Pratt Blvd. in ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
NEW BRUNSWICK:
Seafood processing company is planning for equipment upgrades on their processing facility at 1 Fundy Bay Drive in ST. GEORGE, NB. Completion is slated for Spring 2024.
