The Firm tracks North American planned industrial capital project activity; including facility expansions, new plant construction and significant equipment modernization projects. Research confirms 71 new projects in the Food and Beverage sector as compared to 57 in May.

    The largest project is owned by Niagara Bottling LLC, who is planning to invest $420 million for the construction of a 1.4 million sf processing and distribution facility at 3935 Intermodal Dr. in WINTER HAVEN, FL. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Sauce and condiment mfr. is planning to invest $288 million for the construction of a processing facility in LAGRANGE, GA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    CALIFORNIA: 

    Dairy company is planning for the construction of a 730,000 sf processing, warehouse, and office campus on Lacey Blvd. in HANFORD, CA. They are currently seeking approval for the project. They will relocate a portion of their operations upon completion.

    PENNSYLVANIA:

    Snack food mfr. is planning to invest $72 million for the expansion and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in HANOVER, PA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    OHIO:

    Concession equipment and supplies mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 196,000 sf processing and warehouse facility at 10975 Medallion Dr. in EVENDALE, OH. They have recently received approval for the project.

    MASSACHUSETTS:

    Specialty food product mfr. is planning for the expansion of their processing and warehouse facility in AYER, MA by 177,000 sf. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    GEORGIA:

    Bakery company is planning to invest $10 million for the construction of a 113,000 sf processing, warehouse, and office facility at 1895 Fulenider Rd. in GAINESVILLE, GA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    WASHINGTON: 

    Hop grower is planning for the construction of a 138,000 sf cold storage warehouse at 2831 Olmstead Rd. in GRANDVIEW, WA. They have recently received approval for the project.

    INDIANA: 

    Beverage company is planning to invest $7 million for the construction of a processing facility at 712 Highland St. in HAMMOND, IN. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    ILLINOIS: 

    Specialty food processing company is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently leased 52,000 sf warehouse at 1456 Brewster Creek Blvd. in BARTLETT, IL.

    NEW HAMPSHIRE:

    Specialty food product mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 51,000 sf processing and warehouse facility at 299 Pepsi Rd. in MANCHESTER, NH. Completion is slated for late 2024.
