Aerospace company is planning to invest $98 million for the construction of two hangar, warehouse, and office facilities at 3180 Old Springfield Rd. in VANDALIA, OH. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction will start in early 2025 and Summer 2025 respectively.
Georgia:
Solar panel glass mfr. and recycling company is expanding and planning to invest $62 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 255,000 sf processing and warehouse facility at 270 N Park Blvd. in CEDARTOWN, GA.
