Military agency is planning to invest $120 million for the construction of a 150,000 sf warehouse, office, and training center at 770 Albany Shaker Rd. in ALBANY, NY. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in early 2026.

Florida:

Food and beverage distributor is planning to invest $100 million for the construction of a 681,000 sf distribution center in ALACHUA, FL. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for late 2026.

Ohio:

Aerospace company is planning to invest $98 million for the construction of two hangar, warehouse, and office facilities at 3180 Old Springfield Rd. in VANDALIA, OH. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction will start in early 2025 and Summer 2025 respectively.

Georgia:

Solar panel glass mfr. and recycling company is expanding and planning to invest $62 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 255,000 sf processing and warehouse facility at 270 N Park Blvd. in CEDARTOWN, GA. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for Summer 2025.

South Carolina:

Automotive component mfr. is planning to invest $48 million for the expansion and equipment upgrades on their manufacturing and warehouse facility in DUNCAN, SC. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

Arizona:

Municipality is planning to invest $36 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on an 81,000 sf warehouse, laboratory, and storage facility on N. 95th Ave. in PEORIA, AZ. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
