    The largest project is owned by Agristo, who is planning to invest $450 million for the construction of a processing facility in GRAND FORKS, ND. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in 2025, with completion slated for 2028.

    TEXAS:

    Bakery product mfr. is planning to invest $410 million for the construction of a 450,000 sf processing facility at 2101 E. Belt Line Rd. in LANCASTER, TX. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction will occur in 3 phases, with completion of phase 1 slated for 2030.

    KENTUCKY:

    Beverage distributor is planning to invest $129 million for the construction of a 300,000 sf distribution center and office facility in BOWLING GREEN, KY. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    NORTH DAKOTA:

    Dairy farm is planning to invest $90 million for the construction of a processing facility in WAHPETON, ND. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    OHIO:

    Warehouse club grocery chain is planning for the construction of a 500,000 sf distribution center at 180 Kenmore Blvd. in COMMERCIAL POINT, OH. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for early 2027.

    NEW YORK:

    Snack food mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently leased 303,000 sf warehouse facility in BREWSTER, NY. They are currently seeking approval for the project

    NORTH CAROLINA: 

    Beverage company is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently leased 387,000 sf of warehouse space at 142 Serviceberry Way in MOORESVILLE, NC. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    CALIFORNIA:

    Craft brewery is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently leased 189,000 sf production and warehouse facility at 2001 Maritime St. in OAKLAND, CA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    ONTARIO:

    Food product retailer is planning to invest $30 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 65,000 sf processing facility at 10 Aeropark Blvd. in HAMILTON, ON. They have recently received approval for the project.

    INDIANA:

    Grain processing company is planning to invest $20 million for the construction of a warehouse and storage facility in ROCKPORT, IN. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in early 2025.

    ALABAMA: 

    Meat processing company is planning to invest $11 million for the construction of a 29,000 sf processing facility in SUMMERDALE, AL. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
