    Kissimmee, FL

    Clean hydrogen and solar technology company is planning to invest $450 million for the construction of a hydrogen processing and solar panel manufacturing facility in KISSIMMEE, FL. Completion is slated for 2027.

    Winter Haven, FL

    Beverage company is planning to invest $420 million for the construction of a 1.4 million sf processing and distribution facility at 3935 Intermodal Dr. in WINTER HAVEN, FL.

    Orlando, FL

    Commercial airline is planning to invest $300 million for the construction of a 354,000 sf warehouse, maintenance, and office complex in ORLANDO, FL. The project includes the renovation of their existing hangar at the site. They will consolidate their regional operations upon completion.

    Osceola County, FL

    Water utility service provider is planning to invest $188 million for the expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades on their water treatment plants in POLK and OSCEOLA COUNTY, FL.

    Daytona Beach, FL

    Aerospace company is planning to invest $172 million for the construction of a 500,000 sf manufacturing facility at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in DAYTONA BEACH, FL. Completion is slated for 2028.

    St. Johns, FL

    Supermarket chain is planning to invest $145 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 168,500 sf processing and warehouse facility at 200 Accolade Ave. in ST. JOHNS, FL. Completion is slated for late 2026.

    Jacksonville, FL

    Aircraft mfr. is planning to invest $135 million for the construction of a laboratory, manufacturing, and testing facility in JACKSONVILLE, FL.

    St. Cloud, FL

    City agency is planning to invest $126 million for the construction of a 70,000 sf office and storage facility on Canoe Creek Rd. in ST. CLOUD, FL. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction will occur in two phases.

    Auburndale, FL

    State agency is planning to invest $116 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 461,000 sf warehouse, cold storage, and office facility in AUBURNDALE, FL.

    Panama City, FL

    Airport is planning to invest $107 million for the construction of a 100,000 sf warehouse and maintenance facility at 6300 W Bay Pkwy. in PANAMA CITY, FL. The project includes the construction of a jet engine testing facility at the site.
