    Tissue paper mfr. is planning to invest $250 million for a 500,000 sf expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired manufacturing and warehouse facility in DULUTH, MN.

    Virginia, MN

    State transportation authority is planning to invest $86 million for the construction of a 175,000 sf warehouse, office, and maintenance campus at 101 Hoover Road N. in VIRGINIA, MN. Completion is slated for late 2027.

    Alexandria, MN

    Sewer service provider is planning to invest $75 million for the construction of a processing facility in ALEXANDRIA, MN. Completion is slated for late 2028.

    Otsego, MN

    Convenience store and gas station chain is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 260,000 sf distribution center at 6301 Queens Avenue NE in OTSEGO, MN. Completion is slated for late 2025.
