    Austin, TX

    Municipality is planning to invest $1 billion for the expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades on their wastewater treatment processing plant in AUSTIN, TX.

    Longview, TX

    Specialty materials company is planning to invest $1 billion for the expansion of their manufacturing facility in LONGVIEW, TX.

    Port Arthur, TX

    Renewable energy company is planning to invest $1 billion for the construction of an ammonia processing facility in PORT ARTHUR, TX.

    Naples, TX

    Energy company is planning to invest $800 million for the construction of a 900 MW natural gas-fired power plant in NAPLES, TX. Construction is expected to start in Summer 2026, with completion slated for 2029.

    San Antonio, TX

    Automotive mfr. is planning to invest $531 million for the expansion of their manufacturing facility at 1 Lone Star Pass in SAN ANTONIO, TX by 500,000 sf.

    Internet service provider is planning to invest $500 million for the construction of a 193,000 sf data and office facility at 2351 Innovation Blvd. in HUTTO, TX. They have recently received approval for the project.

    Castroville, TX

    Global software and technology company is planning to invest $482 million for the construction of a 245,000 sf data center at 18844 FM 1957 in CASTROVILLE, TX.

    Fort Worth, TX
