    The largest project is owned by Lonza Group, who is planning to invest $562 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 427,000 sf processing, laboratory, warehouse, and office facility at 1000 New Horizons Way in VACAVILLE, CA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Real estate development company is planning for the construction of a 40-million sf manufacturing and warehouse complex in ROCKDALE, TX. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    British Columbia:

    Tribal authority is planning to invest $250 million for the construction of a 216,000 sf warehouse and film production studio in MILL BAY, BC. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction will occur in three phases, with the construction phase I expected to start in 2025.

    Texas:

    Aerospace company is expanding and planning to invest $100 million for the construction of a 330,000 sf office and warehouse facility at 52190 San Martin Blvd. in BROWNSVILLE, TX. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for early 2025.

    Arizona:

    Real estate development company is planning for the construction of a 2.5 million sf office, data, and warehouse campus at 21604 E Pecos Rd. in MESA, AZ. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Indiana:

    Seafood processor is planning to invest $89 million for the construction of a 110,000 sf processing and warehouse facility at 419 S. Mount Zion Rd. in LEBANON, IN. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for late 2025.

    Michigan:

    Healthcare service provider is planning to invest $80 million for the construction of a 296,000 sf warehouse, office, and service center at 300 36th St. in WYOMING, MI. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Tennessee:

    Electrical equipment mfr. is planning to invest $80 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 638,000 sf manufacturing and distribution facility at 1500 Shoals Way in PORTLAND, TN. They are currently seeking approval for the project. They will relocate their operations upon completion.

    Virginia:

    Logistics service provider is planning to invest $78 million for the construction of a 245,000 sf warehouse facility in SUFFOLK, VA. They have recently received approval for the project.

    Tennessee:

    Ceramic products mfr. is planning to invest $72 million for the expansion of their manufacturing and warehouse facility in MT. PLEASANT, TN. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     Ontario:

    Consumer products mfr. is planning to invest $50 million for the expansion and equipment upgrades on their manufacturing and warehouse facility in BRANTFORD, ON. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
